We had an amazing time at this resort! The room we were upgraded to was excellent, with a washer and dryer, a spacious patio, and a well-equipped kitchen. The pools were great and the swing bar was a fun spot to relax. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff who always made sure we had a drink in hand. The staff at the Japanese cuisine bar and restaurant, as well as the Italian restaurant, went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the breakfast buffets were excellent.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices at the hotel were reasonable, especially considering the included amenities and services. The attention to detail was also impressive, with the staff ensuring that our room was stocked with three bottles of liquor and providing a delicious breakfast buffet.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

Our upgraded room was exquisite and came with exclusive amenities, including a washer and dryer, stove, and utensils. The pool was refreshing, and the bar swing was a luxurious touch. Beach access was easy, and the entertainment was enjoyable.

Signing for every drink and dish was a minor inconvenience. The spa and sauna services were missing, but other exclusive amenities were available.

The breakfast options were delicious, and I couldn't ask for a better start to my day.

Spent Christmas at a beach resort and had a blast! The food and drinks were fantastic and plentiful. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was convenient, close to the ferry and had plenty of room.

There were two minor problems that caused some inconvenience. First, the elevator in the building we were in had technical difficulties, but that was quickly resolved.

Septic smell in bottom floor room when running water. Room service didn't always restock wet bar or provide hand towels/face cloths.
